Randalyn is an Asheville native. As a child, Randalyn loved to hike the Blue Ridge Parkway with her family and visit the WNC Nature Center! Growing up, Randalyn spent the majority of her childhood outside playing, bonding, and learning about various types of animals and insects.

Randalyn has been a pet sitter for 14 years. The passion she's had for animals since childhood has grown tremendously. Randalyn worked in the animal welfare field for 4.5 years, working with everything from neonatal kittens, puppies, ferrets, opossums, rats, pigs, and even hissing cockroaches. Randalyn's passion and love for different animals and insects are felt when she speaks about them. 

In her free time, Randalyn enjoys spending time with her husband and four-year-old son. Randalyn enjoys painting, reading, hiking, learning about wine, and is currently learning to play the mandolin. Because, let's face it, saying "My name is Randalyn, and I can play the mandolin” is a heck of an opening line!
