Melissa has a true second nature with all types of animals, especially dogs. Growing up she seemed to be connected to dogs, cats, snakes, bugs and all types of farm animals. Over the years she has developed love and patience for each of these animals, and loves being around them. Melissa has had the opportunity to travel and has back-packed over seas and lived on both the east and west coasts. She enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and camping.

Melissa has a 5 year old Korean Jindo, malamute mix, who she raised and trained from puppyhood. Melissa enjoys seeing the bond between owners and their animals and would help in anyway to make that bond stronger! She believes animals, big or small, are a special part of any humans life. Sometimes we are so unaware of how lucky we are to have them!
