PET SITTER / DOG WALKER / HIKER

Originally from Atlanta, Eliana moved to Swannanoa in August, 2024 and quickly fell in love with the community. She has worked in rescue from a young age, focusing on stray/feral cats and community education/support. Eliana has also worked in a variety of animal related positions including a vet assistant and a kennel tech.

Currently, Eliana is pursuing a degree in social work with the goal of helping pet families keep their pets healthy and in loving homes. She serves as the Animal Welfare Specialist at her college and is an enthusiastic volunteer with local rescues.

At home, Eliana is a proud cat mom to Cheddar, her big orange boy and previous bottle baby. She often has a revolving door of foster animals with a variety of needs. When not caring for animals, you’ll find her hiking, rock climbing, or scrapbooking.

Eliana is excited to help ensure that your pets are happy, healthy, and loved. She loves getting to know and understand your animals as individuals and can't wait to meet them!
